Wasa is proposing a pretty unique choice of 4 types of cakes.

Each of her 4 specialties is from a different place in the world and has it own history. Each one is baked in a very different manner.
What is common to each of them is the choice of quality ingredients and the attention she puts in the preparation.

A delicious specialty created in Portugal hundreds years ago and became a famous specialty in Japan, baked in a oven, the Castella Cakes.

A traditional German pastry which became famous in the US, and then the rest of the world, fried and stuffed with cream, the Donuts.

An international modern take on a centuries old French specialty, each layer being panned with butter, the Crêpe Cake.

Last but not least, Wasa's take on a timeless steamed Chinese traditional sweet breakfast, the Lava Buns.

wasa homemade daily home bakery... by a local Chiang Mai artisan baker.

We don't have a shop for selling , we take orders,  pre-orders, and deliver.

We bake on order, usually small quantities, for Individuals, Companies and Catering in Chiang Mai.

We use only Quality,  Natural ingredients. No emulsifier or chemicals.

Please order before at least  2 days.

We usually deliver on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
